Three-Term Former Lubbock Mayor Dies - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Sad news for the City of Lubbock, Former Mayor B.C. Peck McMinn has died. Friday, Mayor Marc McDougal expressed his condolences on behalf of the city council. McMinn served as the mayor of Lubbock from 1986 until 1992.
