Texas Tech Basketball Coach Bob Knight received some bad news Saturday concerning his lawsuit against Indiana University.
Knight had been the men's basketball coach at Indiana for 29 years before he was fired in September of 2000. Knight sued I.U. last year, alleging that it violated his employment agreement and cost him two million dollars in media, endorsement and camp fees.
On Friday, a judge rejected Knight's request to reconsider his own ruling dismissing Knight's breach of contract lawsuit against I.U.
The next step would be for Knight to ask the Indiana Court of Appeals to consider the case.
