Candlelight vigil to honor those who have suffered from domestic abuse

Women's Protective Services will hold a candlelight vigil this evening at 6:30 for the 142 women who died last year in Texas from domestic abuse.

The vigil will be at the Lubbock County Courthouse gazebo, and will include speakers from the family of Amanda Moreno, a Lubbock resident who was murdered by an abusive boyfriend.
