LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Authorities have released new details about the arson incident that was caught on video at the Family Counseling Services building last month. Investigators received an anonymous tip after KCBD NewsChannel 11 aired surveillance video from the scene.

Robert Wolfe, 41, is charged with arson, and is currently in the Gaines County Jail on a parole violation.

The Lubbock Fire Marshal's office says he'll be transported back to Lubbock where the bond for his charge is set at $100,000.

The arrest warrant reveals that investigators were aided by a tip and by a source close to Wolfe. The source alleges that Wolfe "had motivation to be angry with CPS and other entities that keep him from having custody of his son."

Child Protective Services has an office located next to Family Counseling Services. Right now authorities aren't sure if Wolfe's intended target was CPS or Family Counseling Services.

The arrest warrant also reveals that Wolfe drives a vehicle that matches the description of the one seen on the surveillance video.
