Fire in Post Destroys Home

Fire officials in Post are searching for the cause of a house fire Wednesday evening.

Volunteer firefighters responded to the fire north of downtown Post just after 7pm. The fire was under control in about 30 minutes, but the house was a complete loss.

Fortunately, the husband and wife renting the house were able to escape without injury.
