The Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted former Ralls Band Director William Booker for an improper relationship between a student and teacher. According to court documents, Booker admitted to sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl who attends Ralls Middle School. The incident took place back in September during a bus ride back from a football game.

Also indicted is the roommate of murder victim Kevin Braddock. 18-year-old Bradley Crawford was indicted for burglary with intent to commit a felony. Details in Crawford's arrest warrant could have ties to the homicide investigation, but Crawford has not been charged in Braddock's homicide.

Clarence Hooker will go to trial for the 2004 murder of 78-year-old Mary Elizabeth Davis. Police say that DNA evidence led them to Hooker, but they have not said that the two knew each other.

Finally, Kabir Isola was indicted for the aggravated assault of a public servant. Back in September, police responded to a disturbance call at the Suites at Overton on Glenna Goodacre. This is where police say they found Isola who say they attacked one of the officers with a spatula and then choked him. He claimed that the devil is was inside of him.
