Fatal Rollover in Lubbock County

A 23-year-old Slaton man is dead after rolling his car over the weekend. The accident happened just after 3 a.m. Saturday on U.S. 84, just outside Lubbock.

Patrick Lynn Trotty died when he lost control of his Oldsmobile, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle.

DPS troopers say Trotty was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle.
