Shallowater ISD lockdown lifted after bank bomb scare - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Shallowater ISD was put on lockdown Friday morning after a suspicious package was reported at First State Bank on Hwy 84.

Sheriff Kelly Rowe confirmed that the Lubbock Sheriff's department bomb squad and Shallowater fire department responded.

The all clear was given at about 10:30 a.m. when the suspicious package was identified as a bag of trash blown in from a cotton field.
