City Council One Step Closer To Passing Water Ordinance - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Thursday the Lubbock City Council voted six to one in favor of a proposed water ordinance that would help conserve the city's water supply. The ordinance would impose watering restrictions and penalties for citizens and businesses.

The City Council must vote on the ordinance one more time before it is approved.
