Enron Executive to go to Trial - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The planned trial of Enron's former assistant treasurer will go on as scheduled. A federal judge in Houston made that announcement Friday after the deadline on a plea deal for Lea Fastow passed.

The trial for the wife of former Enron executive Andrew Fastow is set for February 10th. Meanwhile, Andrew Fastow's attempts at a plea deal have so far fallen through. His trial is set for April. Both remain free on bond.
