Lubbock police seek missing, endangered person

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock police are seeking a missing and endangered person, Michael Scott Notinger, 21, last seen on the evening of Nov. 1 at 210 N. Winston Ave.

Notinger is 5'8, 160 pounds, last seen wearing a blue Polo shirt.
