Yoga may help lower back aches and pains

People who suffer from chronic lower back aches and pains may benefit from yoga. New research from London is based on about 300 patients.  They all suffer from lower back pain and were getting the standard care, like pain killers and basic stretches. Half also went through a three-month yoga program designed specifically for lower back problems. Turns out that those in the yoga group had significantly fewer problems walking and standing for long periods of time, even 9 months after the class had finished.   For more information, go to
