LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
Three people are being treated for injuries after a wreck at 7th and Upland on Wednesday.
Police say a sedan was pulling out of a parking lot when it failed to yield right of way. An SUV t-boned the sedan.
Authorities had to bring the jaws of life to extract a family of three from the car.
The father was critically hurt, but did not have life-threatening injuries.
The mother had moderate injuries, but the baby was not injured.
The driver of the SUV had only minor injuries.
KCBD is working to find out if any citations will or have been issued.
