LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A Lubbock hospital, Trustpoint, 4302 Princeton Street, has a new majority owner. Trustpoint is a specialty hospital focused on physical rehabilitation and behavioral health services.
Chicago-based HCP & Company, a private equity firm, announced last week that it acquired a majority interest in Trustpoint's parent company, Polaris Hospital Company. In addition to Trustpoint, Polaris is building another hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
