LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A
71-year-old man has been cited for failing to control his speed after crashing
into two stopped cars.
The
Texas Department of Public Safety says Douglas Dunlap of Lubbock was driving east on Hwy
84 near Frankford Tuesday morning. As he approached the railroad crossing on Hwy 84, he struck
a Honda and BMW that were stopped at the crossing.
The
two drivers were not injured. Dunlap was taken to University Medical Center
with minor injuries. DPS does not believe weather was a factor.
