Frenship ISD making plans to deal with high school crowding

Posted: Updated:
WOLFFORTH, TX (KCBD) -

Officials at Frenship ISD say the high school there is almost full and in about three years it will be overcrowded.

Tuesday, a public meeting was held at the Terra Vista Middle School cafeteria to discuss the issue.

So far, three ideas are on the table:

The first is building a speciality high school, similar to a magnet school.

The second is building a separate school for 9th or 9th and 10th graders.

The final idea is to build a brand new high school.

The public meetings are done, but Frenship is still taking questions and comments.
