A man is in jail after a fight at a local night club ends with gunfire. Lubbock Police say a fight broke out inside the Dallas night club in the 700 block of 34th St. around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
When the patrons were asked to leave, they got in their vehicles and drove off. Police say the car then chased the pickup, until the driver of the car fired a shot through the driver side window of the pickup.
No one was hit by the bullet, but the driver of the pickup was struck by breaking glass. He was transported to University Medical Center with minor injuries.
The driver of the car was taken to jail. This shooting remains under investigation.
