A 23 year-old Lubbock man is in jail after a fight at a local night club ends with gunfire.

Lubbock Police say the fight started inside the Dallas night club around 12:30 Friday night, but it didn't end there. Police say Santos Rangel got in his car and chased a pickup truck driven by Robert Baca.

Rangel then allegedly fired a shot through the driver side window of Baca's pickup. No one was hit by the bullet, but Baca was struck by breaking glass.

23 year-old Rangel has been charged with aggravated assault and unlawfully carrying a weapon. He remains in the Lubbock County Jail on a $51,000 bond.

This shooting remains under investigation.
