Hocker named new Lubbock County judge

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

County Commissioners chose applicant Mark Hocker on Monday to become the new judge for County Court At Law #1.

Judge Rusty Ladd passed away in late September after a traffic accident, leaving the position open until his term expires. Official records named 17 candidates back in late November.
