Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Bust For Lubbock Police

Just minutes into his 22nd birthday, Raul Rivera Junior and 30-year-old Sammy Mojica were pulled over Thursday and Police discovered a white powder in the truck which turned out to be 3 grams of meth.

Rivera and Mojica are charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and manufacture.
