Rollover Ends Tragically with Arrest & Death

One man is dead and another in jail after a one-vehicle rollover northeast of Lubbock last night.

The accident happened around 9 pm, 4 miles west of Ralls on US highway 62-82 and DPS troopers say alcohol was a factor in the accident.

40-year-old Bam Mendoza died after being ejected from his vehicle and DPS arrested 28-year-old Ruben Mendoza.
