Lubbock Man Convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault

A Lubbock man could spend the rest of his life in prison. Roger Taylor was convicted Friday of aggravated sexual assault for raping a 14-year-old girl in January 2003. A judge will sentence the 38-year-old on February 27th.

An aggravated sexual assault conviction carries a minimum five years in prison with a maximum of 99 years to life.
