More than 2,300 Texas Tech University students graduated from Friday and Saturday.
The College of Arts and Sciences held their ceremonies, along with the Graduate School Friday at the United Spirit Arena. Saturday morning, the colleges of Engineering, Education, Architecture, Human Sciences and Visual and Performing arts took place. Later that evening, the school of Law held their hooding ceremony.
Edward Whitacre, Jr. Was the commencement speaker. He is the former chairman and CEO of General Motors.
