Police have arrested 23-year-old Dustin Shaffer after he crashed his SUV into the outer wall of a shopping center early Monday morning.
Police say the accident occurred around 3 a.m. at University and the South Loop. Shaffer has been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
Traffic in the area was blocked off briefly, but was clear by 5 a.m.
There is no word yet on possible injuries.
