Car Chase Ends With Vehicle Running Into TTU Golf Course

Repairs are underway at the Texas Tech Golf Course after a man wrecked his car into the outer fence.

It all started when police tried to pull over David Moreno around 12:45 Monday morning. When officers stepped out of the car, Moreno took off. He led police on a brief chase and wrecked his car into the golf course fence at Emory and Indiana, causing nearly $2,000 in damages.

Moreno is charged with evading arrest.
