A missing Denver City boy has been found, Texas Department of Public Safety officials say.
DPS issued an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Denver City boy Devin Ivan Tobar on Wednesday afternoon, and authorities named James Edward Young, 46, as a suspect.
The boy was found safe in Cochran County, near Morton, Texas.
