Wal-Mart pulls formula off of shelves after infant dies - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Wal-Mart says it's pulled a batch of powdered infant formula from stores nationwide after a newborn in Missouri became ill and died.

A Wal-Mart spokeswoman says the move is cautionary as health officials investigate. No government recall has been ordered for the 12.5-ounce cans of Enfamil newborn powder.

The lot number of the Enfamil formula is: zp1k7g.
