Twin brothers accused of going on a robbery spree at several Lubbock convenience stores will now have to answer to a judge.
Tuesday a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Elias and Isaias Rodriguez., each on three counts of robbery. The 20-year-olds were arrested following a January 15th hold up.
Last week the Denny's Restaurant at 6th and Avenue Q, was held up by a gunman and on Tuesday a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a man for that robbery. 27-year-old Steven Borgers was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery.
That same Lubbock Grand Jury indicted 43-year-old Jason Wadsworth and 22-year old Brandon Hughes for burglary of a habitation. The two men are accused of stealing more than $75,000 worth of appliances and materials from residential construction sites in South Lubbock.
