Less than 20 restaurants were on the list for city health inspectors this week. That's made for a short Food for Thought report.

No one is on the Top Performing list this time. And the Low Performing list is only one deep. Let's see who it is in this week's edition of Food for Thought.

Fuddrucker's at 5501 Slide Road gets four critical violations.

  • Raw hamburger patties were found at 52 degrees. Cold foods must be kept at 41 to 45 degrees or cooler.
  • Cooked baked potatoes were found at 105 degrees. Hot foods must be kept at 145 degrees or hotter.
  •  Baked beans found inside a walk in cooler had an expired date.
  • And the tip on a can opener was found soiled.

The Manager at Fuddrucker's told me they strive to take care of their customers and provide good, safe food. He also said they just had a few problems and everything has been taken care of. The report shows all violations were corrected on site.
