A real estate company has found a way to get around the Lubbock Housing Ordinance that says no more than two unrelated people can live together.
Lynnwood Town Homes will soon be located near Erskine and Frankford. Wisian Properties broke ground there, Thursday. The residential neighborhood was re-zoned to accommodate housing needs for Texas Tech students. "The real uniqueness of the A-1 Zoning is that it allows three unrelated students or individuals to live in these duplexes legally" said Elroy Wisian.
The subdivision is eighty acres and each town home will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
