Red Raiders lose to #4 Bears

The Red Raiders gave #4 Baylor all they could handle, but the Bears held on for a 73-60 win at the United Spirit Arena.

Baylor (15-0) led Tech only by 1, 32-31, but pulled away late in the 2nd half. The Bears had 35 back court points.

Bean Willis led Tech with 13 points. Jaye Crockett added 11. Ty Nurse chipped in 10.

Tech was 19 of 48 from the field.

The Red Raiders are now 7-7 overall and 0-2 in the Big 12.

Up next, another ranked foe as Kansas comes to Lubbock on Wednesday.
