For the area just south of Lubbock, generally northern Lea (NM), Yoakum, Terry, Lynn, Garza and Kent counties, current data supports 1 to 3 inches of snow, with locally heavier amounts of 4 to 5 inches possible through tonight. The southern tier of counties in the KCBD viewing area, southern Lea (NM), Gaines, Dawson, Borden and Scurry counties, snowfall of 2 to 4 inches with localized amounts of 5 to 6 inches possible through tonight.
