Man Indicted in Death of His Girlfriend - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

26-year-old Robert Hudson was indicted by a Lubbock grand jury for the murder of his girlfriend.

The death of 18-year-old Leigh Rumbaugh on December 26, 2003, was first thought to be a suicide. Hudson called police and told them that his girlfriend Rumbaugh had shot herself. However, due to inconsistencies, police have since ruled her death a homicide.

Hudson is currently in the Lubbock County Jail.
