LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A federal grand jury in Lubbock on Thursday indicted David Ryan Jordan on felony counts of Attempted Enticement of a Child, Production of Child Pornography and Transfer of Obscene Material to a Minor.

Jordan's age and hometown were not listed in court records. The indictment did indicate that the location of the offense was somewhere within Lubbock County.

The age of the victim was not specifically listed, but the indictment did say she "had not attained the age of sixteen years." The indictment alleges that Jordan's "Attempted Enticement" of the girl was from August 2010 until February 4, 2011 and that he used "telephone texting."

Jordan is not only accused of asking the girl to pose nude so he could have pictures but he is also accused of sending her two inappropriate pictures of himself.

As of Thursday evening there was no record of Jordan being booked, at least not into the Lubbock County Jail.

Court dates such an initial appearance and arraignment had not yet posted to public records as of Thursday evening.
