Knight Drops Lawsuit Against Indiana - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Texas Tech Coach Bob Knight is dropping a lawsuit against his former employer Indiana University.

Back in October, a judge ruled Indiana University did not violate Knight's contract when firing him for violating a zero tolerance behavior policy. The judge later rejected a motion by Knight to reconsider the case.

On Wednesday, IU received notice that Knight's appeal was withdrawn.
