Texas Tech Fraud Investigation - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Texas Tech is investigating a possible case of fraud in the university's financial aid office. The incident dates back to January 2003. So far, no arrest has been made, but Tech officials say they do have a suspect in mind.

Officials also say that financial aid available to Tech students was not affected.
