A Lubbock grand jury handed down several indictments on Tuesday:
Johnathan Riley, 31, was indicted on charges of Robbery and Aggravated Robbery for his role in a robbery at the United at 82nd and Frankford earlier this month. He was indicted on both charges so the prosecution can decide which to go after later. Lubbock police found an airsoft gun on Riley when he was arrested.
22-year-old Jamarcus Winn was charged with Aggravated Robbery related to a robbery at a Lubbock Pizza Hut in mid-December. Winn was originally arrested for outstanding warrants; however Lubbock police connected him to the robbery after matching his car to the description of the vehicle involved in the robbery.
20-year-old Christian Trattles was indicted for Arson. Authorities say he set fire to the McDonalds in the 8000 block of Slide back in December. Trattles worked at the Lubbock restaurant. According to the Lubbock Fire Department, he confessed to starting the fires.
45-year-old Adam Martinez was indicted for fleeing the scene of a rollover back in June. Lubbock police say when he crashed his car, his passenger - 36-year-old Vincent Segovia - was thrown from the car, killing him.
