LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A man who was recently released from jail found himself back in again Thursday night, facing a new charge of Sexual Assault.

In December 2010, Daren Jackson led police on a chase that led to a lockdown of Idalou schools.  For evading officers, he was sentenced to one year in a state jail facility.

This more recent arrest warrant says Jackson forced himself on a woman he met in a Lubbock nightclub.

About a week ago, the woman willingly went with Jackson to a residence, but then court records say he grabbed her by the hair and got violent with her.  The court records accuse Jackson of having intercourse and oral sex against her will.
