New Name for Local Library

A Lubbock library has a new name. The Patterson Branch Library has been renamed the Bobbie Gean and T.J. Patterson Branch Library to honor the city councilman's wife as well.

A reception was held at the library on Saturday to honor Mrs. Patterson. She has been an educator in the Lubbock community for more than 43 years.
