Lawsuit continues against City of Snyder

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Back in December we told you the story of Darlene Bollinger.

She is suing the City of Snyder in Lubbock federal court.

She claims that police stopped her and her daughter from doing CPR on her husband.

He died later from a heart attack.

Wednesday the City of Snyder asked to have the lawsuit thrown out on a series of technicalities.

The city claims that Bollinger did not name a specific policy maker in her lawsuit.

But Thursday the judge ruled against Snyder ... on a technicality.

So for now, the lawsuit continues.
