Lubbock Grand Jury has indicted 29-year-old Eric Halliburton for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

According to court documents Halliburton sexually assaulted two female relatives. The documents also show he admitted to having inappropriate contact with them.

Also in a separate indictment, Daren Jackson was indicted by that same grand jury on charges of sexual assault. Jackson made the news back in December of 2010. He is accused of leading officers on a short chase through Idalou. Idalou schools were on lockdown while officers went on a manhunt. He was sentenced to one year in a state jail facility.

After serving time and was released, Police say he forced himself on a woman he met at a Lubbock nightclub. According to the report a woman willingly went to his apartment but then court records say he forced himself upon her violently.
