UMC and Zach's Club conclude their series of free health screenings this weekend with a functional movement screen.

Everyone needs a starting point with their fitness regimen, and testing your abilities with a UMC medical professional is a great first step. The screen will help identify areas of strength and weakness and avoid potential injury.

When: 9 a.m. to noon, Feb. 4

Where: Zach's Club, 4229 78th Street

Purpose: UMT Team Rehab clinicians will evaluate movement to improve activity and reduce the risk of injury.
