Saturday Morning Fire Merits Investigation

The investigation continues into the cause of an overnight fire. The fire started around 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the 2200 block of 24th St.

The small blaze was contained to an area in the back yard near storage. The Lubbock Fire Marshall's Office is unsure of how the fire started since there was no electricity in the area.
