She's lived for 64 years, but has only had 16 birthdays. Mary Vivial is a leap day baby - born on February 29th, which only occurs every four years.
Although she's 64, she's only technically 16. So how did Mary's children celebrate this special occasion? Well with a "Sweet 16 Party" of course, complete with a sock hop.
