Woman in Serious Condition After Fatal Accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A 72 year-old Lorenzo woman is in serious condition Sunday night following an accident Saturday morning that killed her husband.

DPS officials say 70 year-old William Parmer ran a stop sign near CR 54 and FM 400 and was broadsided by a pickup truck. William and his wife Joan were airlifted to University Medical Center where William died.

Joan remains hospitalized in serious condition. The driver of the truck, 24 year-old John Bradshaw, sustained minor injuries.
