Another Candidate Enters City Council Race - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The newest candidate for Lubbock City Council announced her plans to run Tuesday.

Janie Landin Ramirez made the announcement to run for District 2 at City Hall. Ramirez is an education consultant and a graduate of Texas Tech, who says she wants to change the face of District 2.

Ramirez will face current District 2 City Councilman, T.J. Patterson and retired Lubbock Police veteran Floyd Price in the May 15th election.
