Conductor of Lubbock Symphony Orchestra Steps Down

The conductor and music director of the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra is stepping down.

On Wednesday, Andrews Sill announced he will leave at the end of the 2004-2005 season. Sill has been with the program since June 2001.

A search committee will soon begin interviewing for a new music director.
