Children's Home Cited 4 Times by CPS

The Levelland children's home at the center of rape allegations was cited by Children's Protective Services four times for violations.

"Children's Hope Home" opened in June of 2003 and is used by CPS for private placements. The agency cited the home for violations of supervision, staff responsibility, daily schedule, and administrative responsibility. CPS says the problems were corrected.

Meanwhile, Levelland Police continue investigating the rape accusations made by two teens who were staying at the home. The girls say they were sexually assaulted by two men who were visiting the home. Still no arrests in the case.
