A car chase through west Lubbock County lands two men in jail.

21-year-old Larry Arriga and 20-year-old Raul Arriga are charged with evading arrest and several traffic violations. Police say the two ran a stop sign at the 6300 block of 23rd street around 1:15am. That started a chase that lasted 40-minutes and involved officers from LPD, DPS, and TABC.

The chase finally ended when the two abandoned the car and ran into a mobile home at county roads 1180 and 6800.
