Tai Chi Study Reminder

At Texas Tech, researchers are about to begin a study on the effects of exercise on knee pain. We've talked about this already, HealthWise. I just wanted to remind you that Saturday, there is another recruitment session to see if you qualify for this study.

First, you need to be age 50 or older and suffering knee pain. It's a win/win study if you get to join because you'll get a free physical exam by a physician and 6 weeks of Tai Chi lessons for free. If you're interested, go to Carillon Senior Living Center Saturday, March 6th, from 2 to 4:00 p.m. Tech officials will be set up to take your application in the Windsong building.
